Hireing and interim solutions

There are times when a company needs a fixed-time addition in the form of competence and/or capacity. The most common need of an interim solution is when a vacancy arises following a long-term absence or during that period when someone take leave from an employment to when a replacement has been found.

Another common situation is when a company need more time and competence to handle specific challenges they’re facing. For example, when you’re about to undergo a big development project or when a review is needed over different parts of the organisation.

Hired personnel are managed through our subsidiary Codeq Competence. The company has a collective agreement with the Competence Agencies of Sweden.

Hired employee/consultant

When temporary needs arise or when the company is unsure of how long they’re in need of extra competence, a hired employee/consultant could be a great option. Tell us what you need, and we will appoint someone with the sought-after competence for the time needed. The agreement that is signed between concerned parties regulate the conditions whether one wants to employ that person, and if so, they will become what is called a hired consultant.
